Our virtual classes combine strength training and meditation to help women build physical and mental resilience.
Every class includes guided strength workouts followed by exercise for relaxation and mindfulness.
We encourage you to have a few sets of dumbbells, ranging from light to heavy.
Each workout will list exactly what you need.
For yoga classes we encourage a mat, yoga block and strap (you could even use a belt).
Most importantly - come with a desire to be strong. Physically and mentally!

Our fabulous trainers provide modifications and progressions to suit all fitness levels.
Classes range from 25 minutes up to an hour - depending on the focus.
Each class will show the length of time to ensure you have room in your schedule.
