Beth has been an athlete her whole life - always moving, always playing. But no one prepared her for what happens when structured sports aren't part of your daily routine. No one told her how to keep fitness in her life, how women's bodies change, or how confidence would ebb and flow along the way.


Over the years, Beth's weight, energy and self image have been a roller coaster. But what she has learned is that being her healthiest self is about being STRONG, inside and out. And as someone who navigates high-functioning anxiety and depression, she knows that mental strength is just as important as physical.


That's why she created Strength & Soul. A fitness program that blends movement and mindfulness to support women through every stage of life. Women need workouts that evolve with us, not against us!


Beth left a 20+ year career in corporate America and public relations to bring Strength & Soul to life. She will be behind the scenes of each class, and handling any other day to day needs.
