Amy
Amy believes that the practice of yoga leads us to who we are and the community reminds us that we are not alone.
She has more than 25 years of experience as a teacher and practitioner of yoga and mindfulness practices. Throughout her life, yoga has been the one constant that helped her find balance and equanimity in our complex world.
She holds multiple E-RYT-200 level certifications and has an advanced 500 hour level certification with the prominent San Francisco-based teacher Jason Crandell - in the lineage of lyengar and Ashtanga styles.
Amy has also been influenced by and has studied with Kathryn Budig, Bryan Kest and Rolf Gates.
You can expect her classes to be thoughtfully planned, focusing on anatomy and physiology in a challenging but accessible way.
