Our bodies evolve. Workouts and activities that worked before might not anymore. Hormones, energy levels and life's demands all play a role and your fitness routine should work with your body, not against it.


At Strength & Soul, we believe in helping you get strong. We believe true wellness is a balance of body and mind and that women deserve workouts designed specifically for them.


Our virtual group classes combine strength training with mindfulness exercises, helping you get stronger inside and out. We will also let you know which classes could align best with the phases of your menstrual cycle.
